HOOOOOOOVER!

Noel passed us a visit Thursday afternoon and this tall drink of water kept me hoppin'.

It was our second visit of the day from an East Marshall basketball standout... this time from the post player that perhaps is most well known due to P.A. Pastor Mullikin's now famous intro of the gal in the middle, "Hoooooooooooover!"

I was most entertained by Noel's extremely dry sense of humor. Her dead pan delivery and wit no doubt comes from Mama Sharon (we'll blame her anyway!). I've gotten to know Sharon well over the years after older daughter Hannah's senior images, family portraits, in addition to being the EM Middle School guru every time I visit for activity pictures in Gilman.

Noel would be the first to admit she wasn't completely enamored by the thought of having her image taken for an entire afternoon... but, it was totally worth it as her pictures are awesome. My three favorites (aside from her sports image that rocks my face off) are the black and white one at the old abandoned gas station just south of LeGrand on 146.... the prairie grass image with the clouds in the background... and the window light shot in her living room... wow... Noel is off to Florida for a little R-n-R this week... she probably deserves it after the meat-grinder I put her through! ;-)
