Matt pops a CAP!

I've been guilty before of thinking something was the greatest ever just because it was the most recent thing I've seen or fresh in my mind because it was the last thing I did.

Perhaps it's the case here...

Then again... maybe it's not?

My favorite image from Tuesday's senior session is the early leader in the clubhouse for personal favorite image for the Class of 2012 as Matt Tweedy's brainchild, and my execution (pun intended) led to the top image in this blog.

A self-admitted action movie junkie, Matthew had brought in a picture of a guy from a magazine, jumping through the air, guns a blaze, and wondered... could HE do that?

Can he do THAT.

So the wheels started churning, and we, in classic Blues Brothers fashion, were on a mission from God. Ok... I suppose the big man could care less about our goofy idea... but play along.

It took a few takes, but Matt was surprisingly adept at this stunt... (could he have done this a few times in his spare time during his youth? I think yes.) We succeeded at avoiding any broken bones or dislocated shoulders and I must admit... I'm pretty proud of that image.

Oh, there was more to do than just play Miami Vice, we had even more guns (rifles this time... the dude likes to use REAL guns to hunt in the winter). And we had to bust out his trusty trumpet.

A testament to home schooling, I found Matt to be an engaging and humorous fella.... I wasn't surprised... his sister Heather, just a couple years back was a neat kid, too. (she'll tell ya she's better... just ask her) :)

It was great to see a member of Team Tweedy again led by Mama Michele. Thanks for a fun session and letting me bring your ideas to life.
