This guy had vision...
And his vision?
Trees.
It was an effort to poke a little fun at himself and find a few laughs... and I'm not gonna lie... it worked.
Will Levis had a tight focus that in our notes prior to his session said one thing... "he wants to be IN A TREE."
When he arrived it was taken a step further to include a pseudo BCLUW-Superman-CrossCountry-TreeClimber hero-like character.
Who doesn't wanna grow up to be a SuperComet hero that runs up trees and leaps opponents in a single bound?
;)
Seriously though, at the time of Will's session, we were celebrating a trip to State Cross Country a year ago... but he was just a few days away from joining his teammates, and going again.
The BCLUW boys spent a large portion of this season ranked No.1 in Class 1A, so it was no surprise that they made a return trip to state. Led by a trio of seniors that included Mr. Levis, the Comets finished fourth as a team and also had the 1A top individual finisher to add to their hardware. Great job guys!
So, while it may have nearly been all-trees-all-the-time for our SuperComet, we did actually do some non-tree related images. (i know... weird) :)
Dude had a wry and dry sense of humor that left Mama Pamela and I shaking our heads more than once during the session, but that's ok... I have always admired and tipped my proverbial cap to those that excel at cross country. I think it takes a special individual to want to go mind-over-matter with that run-for-fun sport.... perhaps one even has to be a little off their rocker... and if Will wanted to perpetuate that perception... he succeeded.
;)
