Disaster to Dynamite

I can safely say that hitting a client's aunt nearly in the face by bursting thru a door in a tight spot is never a great way to begin a session. But that's how we kicked off JaLeen's session Tuesday afternoon.

The hallway that leads to the camera room has an access door from our computer area and in my haste to get back to get the session started, I exploded thru the door into the hall and nearly sent Aunt Sandy thru a wall and into Rube's Beer Garden. Ok, perhaps I am embellishing a bit, but it sure got us all laughing really good once it was apparent that all parties were ok and no blood was shed.

Once we got down to actually taking pictures, the results were awesome. JaLeen was such a fun kid... I had to work hard to get her "serious" a couple times... but when we did.... wow... cool effects.

It was also great to see brother Jason (Stewart Alum '04) for a few sibling shots at the end of the day. J-Fry took one for the team in letting sis stand way closer than siblings should ever be allowed to be. It's all for mom and dad, right Jas?
