I think that this year more than ever before, I've had more FELLAS come in and take possession of their session with strong ideas. Typically the ladies have really done their homework on our website/blog and stereotypically... guy will just shrug and say.... "mom's makin' me do this."
Well, Tuesday afternoon's visit from Seth was anything but typical, as this guy had lots of ideas. Clearly he was passionate about his music and football and the guy had done LOTS of studying of our creations and wanted this, but not that, etc. I found that kinda cool... and definitely worth rewarding.
So, we had an athlete/scholar/musician on our hands and in the end... I think both of us had the MOST fun right at the end of the session when we decided to ride dirty with a totally rippin' image of Seth... sweaty... dirty...... pullin' no punches. Hats off to being willing to push out of the box, my friend. Just like your brother (Kaleb '06), I won't forget you anytime soon... despite your propensity to support Iowa State. ;-)
BTW, good job outta the powers that be at GMG to bringing back the Michigan-style winged design to their helmets. I still cower into a corner when recalling the 56-6 beatdown that the 1987 state champions put on us at Garwin with what was a new look at the time when Green Mountain and Garwin combined. The winged look had went away recently... good to see it back....
