The only thing that was missing was Christian's dream vehicle... a Dodge Ram 2500 extendacab pickup.
What we did have, however, was his prize German Shepherd puppy, Princess. Special thanks to girlfriend, Jesica (Stewart Photography alum, '09) for being our dog "handler" for the day. Princess is coming off taking home some serious hardware for obedience at the Central Iowa Fair. An impressive pup, to be sure... and she sure loved licking my hands! ;-)
Christian also has an interesting job locally as he's toting a full-time schedule at Moe's Appaloosa Horse Farm (www.moesappaloosas.com) where owner Mike Moerhl is training and breeding appaloosa horses and selling trailers. Coming from a guy that worked very little in high school, I tip my cap to guys like Christian for gettin' it done day to day.

Hey everyone! This is Chris' mom-Starla Elsberry! We are so pleased with his photos and feel that Brian caught the essence of Chris during his session. Chris is most at home outdoors, tinkering with something mechanical, loves working with the horses at Mike's farm or his pup. Princess was a very good girl at the photo shoot, and we appreciate Jes' coming along to help out! It was a fun morning, and Brian, thanks for working so hard to get those toothy smiles "for the ladies!" You're the best!
