Homework pays off...

First contact in May...

Book finally in July...

Shoot in October.

Taylor and her mom, Tiffany did their homework.

I heard from ladies back before this current senior campaign even began... gave them the entire sales pitch.... the full court press.... then nothing.

Until July. At that point... they were ready to book... but, like some others... really wanted fall color. So we were gonna wait until October.

Wednesday was finally the day... and what a GREAT day they chose. In fact, as the snow flies as I'm authoring this... I kinda wonder if they didn't get the last great weather day this year!

Taylor had been all over our website and blog doing her homework about what she wanted... and credit where credit is due... she REALLY wanted to have her awesome prom dress photographed out in the elements. A dichotomy to be sure, but THAT's what makes it cool! Hats off to a gal that's willing to take an expensive dress into the wilderness AND jump in freezing cold water!

In addition... I got to meet the adorable family dog, Sully. If you wanna know the dog's entire name, you'll have to ask the ladies... but trust me... it's like 8 names beginning with "Sullivan" and ending with Jingle-Heimerschmidt or something to that effect. ;-)
