Little Red Bertolette

"Little Red Corvette.... Baby you're much to fast."

-Prince

I think the first person in the Class of 2010 to seriously mention the topic of senior pictures and how excited she was about it was Nicole here.

Everytime I bumped into her at the high school... at a ballgame... chiming in on Facebook... you name it... she was SO excited.

I figured with THAT much excitement... we'd be seeing Nic in June... or maybe she could hold off until July.

June turned into July... and July became August... and then school started. September then hit.

My experience tells me that gals like Nicole don't wait this long to AT LEAST make their appointment... So, I'm not gonna lie, I was worried that the local gal that I watched grow up, had gotten away.

She had assured me on several occasions that she was coming. And FINALLY on Monday... the day was here.

I had a couple of guests for the day as Nic's mom, Linda was here for the festivities... as well as our feline friend Staccato! Staccato got real comfortable with the studio surroundings after a few hours... I think that cat thought it was running the place, actually! ;-)

So between Linda, Staccato and I, we were busting out all the stops to get Nicole everything she had been hoping for.... Her mom says she's been looking forward to the experience for, well... 17 years! I guess if a gal can come out of the womb looking forward to senior pictures... then Nicole might be the one!

There was a lot of thought that went into all of these images both before, during and after the session. I can only hope that I lived up to expectations. Thanks gals.... oh... and Staccato, too. :)
