Kim mentioned from the git-go that she had to convince her daughter that senior pictures needed to be done.
Between prodding from mom and convincing images of her friend Kelsey, Megan was in the house Wednesday afternoon. Another chilly damp day... but we cashed in on the overcast skies and got brilliant fall color again.
I think Meg surprised herself on two fronts.
1) It was actually fun after she got comfortable.
2) This girl was deadly accurate with the infamous grey card.
Part of my job is to convince the leery to be cheery about the experience... I feel good that that got accomplished here....
In addition, if throwing shot and discus for Marshalltown's Bobcats was about accuracy instead of distance, they would have something special here as Megan nailed 10 for her first 10 throws to her photographer. She was on the verge of becoming just the second gal in studio history to have a perfect session when throw number eleven got the best of her. No doubt... the enormity of the situation caused her to wilt under the PRESSURE! ;-) So close... yet so far away. HA!
