It woulda been been real easy for this one to go ANYWHERE close to home.
But we got her.
A quick glance at Bethany will tell anyone this side of Stevie Wonder that even a novice may be able to make her look good, so when we found out that this Forest City senior was willing to drive 2 1/2 hours to have US do her senior images. Whoa. Thank you very much.
Truth is, we have to thank first cousin, and seemingly permanent ambassador, Lauren Benda (class of '09) for doing a little arm twisting on our behalf. But evidently, whatever Lil' Lauren did, worked. (personally, I just think that Lauren is trying to make good after breaking my heart by not following in her mother and I's footsteps by attending Central College in Pella!) Central's loss is UNI's gain. *sigh*
So... Lauren, her darling first cousin as well as her mother, Trish, were the first of what was an INSANE week of epic sessions. Bethany got the week off to a killer start with a personality that couldn't help but make you laugh. Check out the last three images at the bottom here.... that's Bethany in a nutshell.... she covers all bases... demure... goofy and totally hilarious. Throw in the fact that that girl is God-fearing and enough to stop traffic... you can see we definitely had our hands full Tuesday morning. Did I mention the girl can run and play hoops? I hear she is also capable of saving lives at the Forest City pool... and can serve a mean cup of coffee in her spare time.
Whew.
Thanks for your willingness to go the extra mile to get what you wanted, Hall family. You know I don't take that for granted.
